The Green Rock Group is actively acquiring non-performing notes collateralized by commercial real estate properties including but not limited to multifamily, retail, hospitality, and industrial assets in the New York market.

Further, the company is also seeking to invest in or acquire distressed fee positions and REO assets.

Preference is given to assets in the five boroughs of Manhattan. However, assets on Long Island and other major New York markets are considered on a deal-by-deal basis.
