The Green Rock Group is actively acquiring non-performing notes collateralized by commercial real estate properties including but not limited to multifamily, retail, hospitality, and industrial assets in the Pennsylvania market.

Further, the company is also seeking to invest in or acquire distressed fee positions and REO assets.

Preference is given to assets in Philadelphia and markets along the eastern border of Pennsylvania.
